Vertical mixed feed preparation machine is a livestock machinery equipment used for mixing and preparing feed. It mainly consists of a material box and one or more vertical conical spiral agitators. The spiral blades of the agitator are welded onto the spiral sleeve, which is equipped with a reducer to transmit power and drive the rotation of the spiral sleeve. The spiral blades are equipped with tungsten carbide cutting knives, and the material box wall is equipped with variable position positioning knives to increase the cutting speed of the grass according to different types of grass. In addition, it is often equipped with an American Aiweichuang automatic weighing device, which facilitates the measurement of different formulas and big data transmission. It is also equipped with a hydraulic unloading system, an Italian Komair reduction motor, a 304 stainless steel dust-proof and rainproof distribution box, with variable frequency start and material throwing function.

Performance characteristics

• High uniformity of mixing: It can fully mix various additives such as roughage, concentrate, minerals, vitamins, etc., ensuring that every bite of the animal's diet is a stable ratio of concentrate to roughage and a consistent nutrient concentration of the full value diet.

• Protecting feed nutrition: 25-32 revolutions per minute, minimal damage to feed fiber structure, and able to maintain feed nutrition for a longer period of time.

• Wide applicability: Fiber based feed such as silage, various bales, straw, etc. can be directly fed into a mixer for shredding and mixing, suitable for both large and medium-sized breeding farms as well as rural scale breeding farms.

• Save labor costs: The mixing speed is fast, and depending on the volume of the box, each feed mixer can feed 200-2000 cows per day, replacing the work of more than 20 workers, reducing their labor intensity, and improving feeding efficiency.

• Long service life: Italian gearboxes and material boxes made of thick wear-resistant steel plates are usually used, and all accessories are heat-treated to reduce failure rates and extend machine service life.
