Structural composition
Mixing box: used to accommodate and mix various feed ingredients, usually with a large volume, the shape may be horizontal or vertical, made of sturdy metal materials, able to withstand the weight of feed and the forces during the mixing process.
Twister system: It is the core component of mixing, generally composed of one or more spiral grinders, on which moving blades are installed. By rotating and pushing the feed to flow and mix inside the box.
Power transmission device: including universal joints, transmission shafts, etc., used to transmit the power of traction power sources such as tractors to the winch system of the mixer, so that the winch can rotate and work.
Hydraulic unloading system: composed of hydraulic cylinders, control valves, etc., it controls the opening and closing of the unloading door to achieve the unloading operation of feed.
Weighing system: usually equipped with electronic weighing sensors and display instruments, it can measure the weight of feed in real time, ensuring accurate ingredient preparation according to the formula.

Auger system
1.Mn16 tower type auger, thickness is 24mm(16mm Q345B steel plate+8mm NM400 wear-resistant steel plate) ;
2.Compartment triangle use 8mm thick NM400 wear-resistant steel plate, to ensure mix more evenly, maximize the use of tank space;
3. Sweeping board to ensure left less feed.
Using 700R16 steel wire tire, bearing more weight, more stable.
After working, this adjustable leg can avoid the traction head contact with the ground.
Wide-angle drive shaft, turning range is 2-3 times that of ordinary drive shaft.
