Structural composition

• Fecal cleaning device: Common ones include scraper blades, screw winches, etc. The scraper can scrape and collect ground feces, and the spiral auger can transport feces to designated locations. It is also equipped with auxiliary cleaning components such as rotating brushes to clean corners and crevices of feces.

• Power system: Mainly diesel engine. Diesel engines have high power and strong endurance, suitable for large ranches and outdoor operations

• Transport carriage: used to load collected feces, with different volume specifications, made of corrosion-resistant steel plate, sealed to prevent fecal leakage during transportation.

• Walking mechanism: Tire type walking is flexible, easy to turn, and has a fast driving speed, suitable for flat ground;

• Control system: Implement operational control of the manure cleaning vehicle, such as controlling the start, stop, and speed adjustment of the manure cleaning device, unloading operations of the transport carriage, and the forward, backward, and steering of the vehicle.

Working principle

• Fecal collection: When the vehicle travels to the area to be cleaned, the scraper or screw of the fecal cleaning device touches the ground and picks up or pushes the feces to concentrate them.

• Fecal transportation: The collected feces are transported to the transport carriage, and after the fecal cleaning truck is filled, it travels to the designated fecal treatment site.

• Fecal unloading: After arriving at the processing site, the unloading mechanism of the transport carriage is operated by the control system. For example, the self dumping carriage can be tilted at a certain angle to dump the feces.

• Efficient fecal cleaning: It can quickly clean large areas of feces, greatly improving efficiency compared to manual cleaning, and saving a lot of time and labor costs.

• Thoroughly clean: The fecal cleaning device is designed reasonably and can clean feces of different states and thicknesses. It can penetrate into narrow spaces and corners to reduce fecal residue.

• Good maneuverability: It can move flexibly within the pasture, reach various areas that require manure cleaning, and is not limited by fixed routes, adapting to different pasture layouts and environments.

• Environmental hygiene: Clean up feces in a timely manner, reduce odors and bacterial growth, lower the risk of disease transmission, and protect the ranch environment and the health of cows.

• Dairy Farm: The scale of dairy farming is large and the yield of manure is high. The manure cleaning truck can quickly clean the manure in areas such as cowsheds and milking parlors, keeping the environment clean and improving milk quality.

Chain Lifting

When the shovel collect some dung/manure, they will be transported into the rear back through the chain and rubber plates.

Flexible working width

The hydraulic oil cylinder expands the steel plate to both sides, which can freely adjust the width of the work. The maximum cleansing width can reach 3.6 meters,which greatly improves the work efficiency.
