Structural composition
Milk storage tank: Generally made of double-layer insulated 304 stainless steel material, with a capacity of 0.5-3 tons, used to store milk or milk powder solution and maintain milk temperature.
Feeding system: equipped with a high-precision quantitative feeding system, which can accurately control the feeding amount each time, and also has an anti drip device to ensure no drip during the feeding process.
Driving system: It often uses 0.5-3-ton electric vehicle dedicated bridges and drive systems, combined with braking and steering systems, for stable driving and low noise. Mining specific tires can be selected to adapt to complex terrain.
Cleaning system: equipped with an automatic cleaning top spray device, which can clean and disinfect components such as milk storage tanks and milk filling pipelines, and also supports manual control.
Control system: Some are equipped with intelligent control systems that can monitor parameters such as battery level, driving speed, and milk addition in real time, and support remote control and data upload.
Mixing system: The milk tank is equipped with a high-speed mixing motor to ensure even mixing of the milk and prevent sedimentation.
Working principle
Milk preparation: Add an appropriate amount of milk or a prepared milk replacer solution to the milk storage tank, which can be mixed evenly through a stirring system. If the temperature of the milk is low, a heating device can be used to raise the temperature.
Transport to feeding point: The operator drives the feeding cart to the calf feeding area, and the vehicle's driving system ensures its flexible and stable movement.
Quantitative feeding: After reaching the designated location, the calf is fed with the set amount of milk through the feeding gun or other feeding device of the feeding system, achieving quantitative and temperature controlled feeding.
