Structural Composition
Power system: Typically, diesel engines or electric motors are used as power sources.
Mixing system: including components such as a mixing dragon and blades. The mixing dragon is mostly a spiral type with a moving blade installed on it, which cooperates with the fixed teeth inside the box to cut, mix, and blend the feed.
Material box: used to accommodate various feed ingredients, with different volume specifications, made of sturdy metal materials, capable of withstanding the weight of feed and the force of mixing.
Transmission system: transmits power from the engine or motor to the mixing system and walking system, causing the agitator to rotate and the vehicle to move, including components such as the transmission shaft.
Control system: clutch, transmission, hydraulic, electrical, weighing, and other control systems.
Walking system: Equipped with a tire walking device, steering system, braking system, and high/low speed system, the equipment can move flexibly in the breeding farm.
Unloading system: composed of hydraulic cylinders, unloading doors, etc., unloading is achieved through hydraulic control.
Working principle
Power drive: The engine or motor generates power, which is transmitted to the agitator and walking system through the transmission system, causing the agitator to rotate and mix feed, while the equipment can move on its own.
Feed mixing: After the materials enter the feeding box, they are lifted, flipped, cut, and kneaded by the rotating agitator, forming a boiling flow inside the box to fully mix various feed ingredients.
Feeding operation: After mixing is completed, the equipment travels to the feeding area and evenly feeds the mixed feed into the feeding trough through the unloading system.
