Structural composition

• Chassis and walking system: Generally, car, three wheeled or four-wheel chassis are used, equipped with tires, to ensure that the vehicle can move flexibly in the pasture and adapt to different road conditions.

• Feed storage tank: Used for loading fully mixed feed, it is mostly a rectangular container welded with steel, with a slightly convex surface on all sides, an open top, and a reinforced structure inside to ensure stability during feed storage and transportation.

• Drive system: Typically, diesel engines or electric motors are used as the main driving force. Diesel engines have strong power and endurance; Electric motors have the advantages of cleanliness, environmental friendliness, low noise, and simple maintenance.

• Spiral drilling system: composed of one or two spiral shafts, it can move the feed in different directions, allowing the feed to fall smoothly at the discharge port and ensuring uniform output from the storage tank.

• Chain Conveyor System: Powered by a hydraulic motor, it transports and scatters the feed that falls from the feed chute outlet to a designated location. The speed of the chain conveyor is usually adjustable.

• Hydraulic transmission system: Control the opening and closing of the discharge door of the feed trough, adjust the discharge amount, etc., to ensure smooth and controllable feeding process.

Working principle

• Feeding: Load the mixed feed into the feed storage tank of the feeding truck.

• Transportation: Operators drive feeding trucks to various feeding areas within the breeding farm.

• Feeding: After reaching the designated position, the spiral drill system is activated to push the feed from the storage tank to the discharge port. At the same time, the chain conveyor system transports and throws the feed into the feeding trough or feeding area of the livestock. By adjusting the speed of the spiral drill and chain conveyor, the speed and amount of feeding can be controlled.

• Improve feeding efficiency: It can quickly and evenly distribute feed to various feeding points, saving manpower and time. One feeding truck can replace the workload of multiple workers.

• Reduce labor intensity: It reduces the physical labor of animal husbandry personnel in handling and spreading feed, making breeding work easier and more efficient.

• Strong maneuverability: It can flexibly shuttle within the pasture, adapt to different breeding sites and layouts, and easily reach various livestock houses and feeding areas.

• Uniform feeding: Through precise control systems and reasonable mechanical structure design, uniform feeding can be achieved, avoiding the accumulation or uneven distribution of feed.
